I wanted to send an update on my two boys Jack (formerly Franklin) and B.B. (formerly Aladdin )-short for Big Boss, you can see why ;) and send a thank you to the SPCA for uniting me with these two wonderful gents a whole year ago. They are doing very well, are completely inseparable and have even acquired two new friends. BB is so laid back and gets along with anyone and everyone, in fact he recently made a trip to a long term care home to visit with some of the residents for the day and boy did he looooooooove the attention. Recently, he has discovered he likes going for walks with the dogs! Our chihuahua is in love with him and whenever BB takes a nap, the chihuahua has to take one with him. Jack is as hyper as ever, he loves chasing well...pretty much anything he can bat around! I especially love the mornings and watching him sit at the kitchen window talking with the birds outside or at night when he just has to sleep not only right up against you but also under the blankets with you! He's definitely a cuddler. He also has an obsession with the tap, the sink and anything with running water in it. Often, he will lie in the sink or bat at the drips that come out after running the tap, its hilarious to watch.
Having these two boys to come home to everyday is the bet thing ever, they spend a lot of time curled up with me while I study and its so relaxing to here their purrs after a long day at school and work. I think them adopting me has been the most rewarding thing of all.
